A Custom of Polysito Community held on Clean Tuesday. The custom began to revive again in 1999 after the unification of the communities and the creation of the Vistonidas Municipality. Manners and customs of the Thracians in Eastern Thrace are presented in a satirical way, with a parade, a representation of old and contemporary events, and a 24-hour feast that begins in Sunday and is accompanied by delicious specialties prepared by the women of the village.
